Each year, Livetec collaborates with poultry farmers across the country, providing them with our cutting-edge biosecurity services and on-farm services. Most recently, we have been taking farmers on a journey of digital transformation with the introduction of the Livetec Systems App, empowering farmers with innovative tools for awareness and disease prevention.
This November, we’ll be bringing this experience to share with the attendees of the British Free Range Egg Producers Association Conference and Exhibition. We can’t wait to connect face-to-fact with our clients, establish relationships with new farmers, and exchange valuable insights with various industry experts.
We know that the poultry industry has experienced an exceptionally challenging 13 months, primarily due to the most severe avian influenza outbreak on record, with a staggering 88 cases occurring in October alone, last year. On top of this worrying increase in cases of avian influenza, the poultry industry has also had to contend with a range of economic challenges, such as the soaring costs of essential items like feed, fuel, and fertilisers.
As we head towards what could be another potentially turbulent season this year, we are hoping to connect with the industry,to share experiences, knowledge and ideas to tackle these issues, and pave the way to a more resilient industry.
Organised by BFREPA in association with the Pullet Hatcheries & Breeders Association, and in partnership with Noble Foods, the conference aims to bring together producers and industry experts across the UK on Wednesday 15th November 2023 at the Telford International Centre in Shropshire.
The Livetec team will be on stand 5 on the 15th, to talk about all things biosecurity, contingency planning, digital transformation and on-farm operations.
