At Livetec Systems, our mission has always been to protect livestock, safeguard farmers’ livelihoods, and strengthen the resilience of UK agriculture. Every autumn/winter new challenges emerge for farmers and the livestock industry, and this season could be especially difficult due to the high threat of avian influenza. That’s why we’re preparing now to strengthen our teams, expand our network, and ensure we can respond quickly when farmers need help the most.

We’re looking for agricultural contractors and seasonal operatives across the UK. If you have an interest in agriculture, are willing to travel, and want to make a meaningful contribution when it matters, we’d love to hear from you.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for reliable, proactive people who want to make a difference in UK agriculture. There are two main roles:

Warehouse Operative

  • Clean, maintain, and prepare equipment for deployment
  • Load, unload, and repack items, keeping the warehouse organized
  • No previous experience required — full training provided
  • Physically active and fit for manual handling tasks
  • Driver’s licence needed; van driving skills a bonus

Site Operative

  • Support on-site operations under supervision, including humane animal dispatch
  • Travel to pre-arranged hotels across the UK and arrive on time for early starts
  • Follow strict safety and biosecurity protocols while wearing full PPE
  • Physically agile, fit, and comfortable working in challenging conditions
  • Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude
  • Telehandler licence or first aid certification is advantageous

General Requirements for Both Roles

  • Minimum age: 18 years
  • Reliable, accountable, and a strong team player
