Our work is driven by a simple belief: animal welfare and farming livelihoods go hand in hand. Every project, every protocol, and every on-farm visit is about protecting both — using science, innovation, and compassion to make a measurable difference.
We’re proud of the impact we’ve made, but the challenges facing farming are evolving — and so are we. That’s why we’re building a team of people who want more than just a job. People who care deeply, think boldly, and aren’t afraid to roll up their sleeves when it matters most.

Purpose: To support the on-farm operations team, ensuring safety, professionalism and timely service delivery.
Team player: reliable, flexible, and accountable.
PPE-ready: comfortable wearing double disposable suits, full-face mask, and 3 pairs of gloves.
Helpful extras: telehandler license and first aid certification. A valid drivers license (Van driving experience preferred).
Flexibility: able to work extended hours and some weekends when needed. Available for short-notice assignments, sometimes 24 hours’ notice for deployment.
