Near Nafferton, East Riding of Yorkshire

Following further testing, highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI) H5N1 has been confirmed in commercial poultry at a premises near Nafferton, East Riding of Yorkshire, Yorkshire. A 3km protection zone and 10km surveillance zone have been declared around the premises replacing the temporary control zone declared on 31 December 2024.
