Highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI) H5N1 was confirmed in commercial poultry at a third premises near Beverley, East Riding of Yorkshire, Yorkshire on 28 December 2024. A 3km protection zone and a 10km surveillance zone have been declared surrounding the premises.
